Rates depend by the seasonality & by the lenght of the stay. Monthly rates not include garbage tax, utilities* and condominium costs.
* "All included" rates (utilities included) are available upon request.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY-DAMAGE DEPOSIT is strictly required. The security-damage deposit (the amount depends by the property and by the
length of the stay) will be returned in full if the apartment is in the
same condition and without damages as on arrival day. We cannot rent any property without a security-damage deposit.
All properties were recently completely restored and provided with Satellite, flat TV, A/C (new inverter machines).
Unlimited free WIFI is only available on properties rented for daily-weekly periods.
All properties are NO smoking units (with the only exception of eventual terrace).
Baby-Cot/Crib/High Chair can be available upon previous request.
